  Strategic Planning

A strategic plan is an essential tool to enable boards and managers to address their legal, financial and operational responsibilities and make informed decisions, based on the three fundamental strategic questions:

  • Where are we now?
  • Where do we want to be?
  • How are we going to get there?

Our course guides participants through these questions, providing them with the tools to prepare a complete, customised Strategic Plan, including an organisational vision and mission, values, strategic objectives, SWOT analysis, PEST analysis, Five Force analysis and a strategic action plan.  We offer an optional strategic plan review service for course graduates.
